Our books open twice a year, in February and July. To reserve your spot, simply get in touch, place a deposit, and select your knives. Expect a 2–3 month turnaround for each commission. Slots are limited to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship.
This is your chance to be part of creating a truly one-of-a-kind knife or a small set, crafted just for you.

As we focus on small batch production, our products sell out fast. Restock alerts give you a heads-up on when the next batch is coming, and better yet, they give you first dibs on some of the stock from each batch. It’s the best way to keep your finger on the pulse of restocks, both on the website and workshop.
